| Kalaida Tamara is an assistant at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. She received her Bachelor's degree in Metrology and Standardization and her Master's degree in Energy- and Resource-Saving Processes in Chemical Technology, Petrochemistry, and Biotechnology (化学工艺、石油化学、生物工艺中的节能方法) from D.I. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia (俄罗斯俄罗斯门捷列夫化工大学). She completed an internship at the Research Center "Small-Scale Chemistry" based at the group of production companies "ECOS-1" and worked at the Laboratory of Physicochemical Foundations of Metallurgy of Nonferrous and Rare Metals at the A.A. Baikov Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She is a winner of the "UMNIK" grant program from the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology in 2019. Currently, her main research interests lie in the development and application of mechanochemical approaches for the synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts for CO₂ utilization and natural gas conversion.
