个人简介 Biography

Farrukh拥有管理学博士学位。他是一位经验丰富的多学科研究人员。他的专业知识包括创业、管理和工业心理学。他认为心理学可以帮助应对许多商业挑战,包括环境管理。目前,他重点研究的是企业如何通过促进员工的环保行为来实现可持续发展。他正在开发研究一种基于社区的新的环保行为模式。
