Doctorate Programs

Business Administration is a discipline that focuses on the study of microeconomic organizations within society, systematically researching the universal principles and application methods of their management activities. The purpose of research in this discipline is to provide theoretical guidance and a scientific basis for management decisions and practices in enterprises or economic organizations. It aims to cultivate various types of professional management talent, improve the efficiency of business operations, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises, thereby facilitating overall economic growth.


Our department's first-level discipline of Business Administration boasts a strong faculty and distinct specialization areas. The discipline offers several professional research directions and programs, including Technological Economics and Management, Innovation Management and Sustainable Development, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Accounting and Financial Management. Currently, the Ph.D. program in Business Administration is a collaborative program with Beijing Institute of Technology. Doctoral students complete their foundational theoretical courses at the School of Management and Economics at Beijing Institute of Technology and conduct research and development work at the Department of Economics at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University.
