Biography
Graduated from the postgraduate course of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University in the Department of Political Economy (2001), Candidate of Economic Sciences (2002). He has been working at the Faculty of Economics since 2001. Currently, he is an associate Professor of the Department of Political Economy (since 2005).
