Basic Requirements
The applicant should have a doctoral degree, and the applicant who holds a foreign degree shall provide the academic degree certification of Ministry of Education.
The applicant should have obtained a doctoral degree within the last 3 years and be under the age of 35.
Agree with the school philosophy, and have physical and mental health.
Qualifications
Good research potential, proficient in English or Russian.
