Recently, the finals of the 18th Rush Hour Business Simulation Competition concluded successfully at the University of International Business and Economics. The team from Shenzhen MSU-BIT University delivered an outstanding performance, demonstrating solid business analysis skills, efficient teamwork, and precise strategic decision-making. They successfully advanced to the top 10 in the undergraduate division and secured the national first prize.
The preliminary rounds of this year's competition attracted nearly 1,700 institutions and 2,000 teams, with 120 teams ultimately qualifying for the finals. Under the guidance of instructor Wang Bin, the four-member team from Shenzhen MSU-BIT—Huang Xiao, Zhao Sicheng, Zhang Jingyun, and Wang Siyu—overcame multiple rounds of intense competition to stand out among the finalists, marking a historic breakthrough for the university in this prestigious event.

The Rush Hour Business Simulation Competition, based on the Cesim Elite international platform, simulates real-world business scenarios such as corporate strategy, marketing, finance, and operations, comprehensively testing participants' integrated business capabilities. During preparation, the team members divided tasks clearly and spent their spare time refining strategies and reviewing decisions repeatedly. The students noted that this achievement would not have been possible without the school's support and their instructor's guidance. From interpreting rules to optimizing strategies, the team collaborated closely, pooling their wisdom to fully demonstrate their knowledge and skills, ultimately achieving outstanding results.
This award not only highlights the strong comprehensive business acumen of Shenzhen MSU-BIT students but also reflects the university's long-term commitment to cultivating international talent and innovating practical education. The university will continue supporting students in participating in high-level competitions, nurturing more versatile business professionals with global vision and practical capabilities.
