Biography

Farrukh holds a PhD in management. He is an experienced multidisciplinary researcher. His expertise includes entrepreneurship, management and industrial psychology. He believes psychology can help with many business challenges, including environmental management. Currently, his research focuses on how companies can achieve sustainability by promoting environmentally friendly behavior among their employees. He is developing a new model of community-based environmental behavior.
