Biography

Born: 14.03.1956; 

1973-1978 – Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), Moscow, Russia, Economic Faculty, Department of Political Economy, Succeeded with High Education Degree in Economics; 

1978-1982 – MSU, Moscow, Russia, Economic Faculty, Post Graduate, Succeeded with Ph. D in Economics; 

1993-1994 – World Bank Institute (WBI) and IMF Institute, Washington, USA, Courses on the Economics of the Market and Economics of Transition, Succeeded with Advanced Professional Training Diploma; 

2001 – IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain, Intensive Faculty Training Seminar on the Case Method, Succeeded with Advanced Professional Training Diploma; 

2002 – International Labor Organization (ILO) Turin, Italy, Course on Designing Learning Media and Environment, Succeeded with Advanced Professional Training Diploma; 

2007 - International Labor Organization (ILO) Turin, Italy, Seminar on High Education System Quality Enhancing in Line with Bologna Declaration, Succeeded with Advanced Professional Training Diploma.
