The "Digital Economy and Governance Innovation Team" focuses on the "Digital Economy and Regional Economic Cooperation Governance Along the Belt and Road" (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Economy and Governance"). The team is based at Shenzhen Beihang Moscow University’s Applied Economics Department and relies on the disciplinary advantages of the Department of Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University (hereinafter referred to as "MSU") and the School of Management and Economics at Beijing Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "BIT"). The team is dedicated to conducting interdisciplinary research on multinational company investment and strategic management from the perspective of digital economy and governance.
Specific research directions include:
1. Digital Competitiveness and Evaluation;
2. Digital Governance and International Cooperation Models;
3. Digital Governance and Cooperation Mechanisms in Belt and Road Countries; and
4. ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Corporate Internationalization Strategies.
The research is set against the backdrop of digital transformation and innovation-driven development, aiming to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. It focuses particularly on promoting Sino-Russian strategic cooperation and investment cooperation of Chinese enterprises in Belt and Road countries. The team explores the strategies, decisions, and structures needed by enterprises to achieve expected digital advantages, leverages the vast potential of digital technologies for efficiency improvement and innovation, and aims to build digital competitiveness for enterprises in the Greater Bay Area, thereby facilitating the innovative development of the Bay Area’s economy.
