发布时间:2025-07-05

Wang Xingzhi, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in July 2002, is an undergraduate student of the Class of 2021 in the Department of Economics at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University, with a GPA of 3.95/4, ranking 1st out of 34. He has served as the Organizational Committee Member of the Fourth Student Party Branch, Head of the Theory Department of the Shenzhen MSU-BIT University Young Marxists Association, Bass Section Leader of the Thousand Words Choir, and a 2024 Freshman Navigation Senior. He has consecutively received six university-level second-class academic scholarships and one first-class scholarship, and participated in an exchange program in Moscow. He has been awarded the titles of "Outstanding Student" and "Outstanding Student Model," and won third place in the Population and Economics section of the "Lomonosov-2025" International Scientific Conference for University Students, Postgraduates, and Young Scientists.

Steadfast in Conviction, Striving to Be a Youth Pioneer

Driven by his aspiration for communism, Wang Xingzhi became an active member of the Party in May 2022, shortly after enrolling at university. He eagerly joined the Shenzhen MSU-BIT University Young Marxists Association, transforming from a theoretical learner to a leader. As a member of the association's Theory Department, he systematically studied Party theories. After being promoted to department head, he spearheaded various activities such as reading sessions and micro-Party lecture recordings, deepening and solidifying theoretical learning.

In October 2023, he was admitted as a probationary member of the Communist Party of China. During his exchange program at Moscow University, he made a special trip to visit the site of the Sixth National Congress of the CPC, drawing inspiration from revolutionary predecessors and further strengthening his ideals and convictions. In December 2024, Wang Xingzhi officially became a proud member of the Communist Party of China, fulfilling his youthful vow—"Rest assured, Party; the nation’s strength lies with us"—through concrete actions.

Mastering Both Chinese and Western Knowledge, Scaling Academic Heights

Since enrollment, Wang Xingzhi has consistently dedicated himself to rigorous study, achieving outstanding academic results. He has received the second-class academic scholarship six consecutive times, maintaining the highest GPA in his major (3.95/4), and has been honored with the titles of "Outstanding Student" and "Outstanding Student Model." In December 2023, his exceptional performance earned him a government-sponsored opportunity to study abroad, where he spent a semester at the Department of Economics of Moscow University. Facing the university's challenging curriculum, he achieved an impressive average score of 92.6, earning high praise from his professors.

His passion for academia is evident: as a freshman, he presented an academic report on cybernetic practices in the Soviet planned economy at the "Lomonosov" International Scientific Conference for University Students, Postgraduates, and Young Scientists. In April 2025, he delivered a report titled "Determinants of Fertility in China: A Microdata-Based Analysis," securing third place in the Population and Economics section of the "Lomonosov-2025" conference, demonstrating his research potential in the field of population economics.

A versatile linguist, he excels in language learning: In 2022, he won provincial third prize and national finalist third prize in two national English competitions. He also advanced to the national finals of the "Golden Key" National Russian Competition, obtained Russian B1 certification, scored exceptionally high on CET-4 (634) and CET-6 (582), and achieved an outstanding IELTS score of 7.5.

Empowered by Practice, Writing Youthful Responsibility

Beyond the classroom, Wang Xingzhi embodies the profound meaning of "well-rounded development" through action. As a member of the debate club, he won the "Best Performance Award" in the inaugural freshman debate competition. Joining the Qianyan Choir, he gradually rose to become the bass section leader, helping the team secure second prize in the finals of the 17th Guangdong College Students' Arts and Sports Season Campus Choir Competition. He also participated in the Student Affairs Office's "Peer Mentor" program, providing academic guidance and sharing learning experiences with younger students.

In social practice, his footprints span borderlands and overseas: In 2023, he joined the Xinjiang-Kazakhstan practice delegation, singing "The Hawthorn Tree" with classmates in front of the Xian Xinghai Monument in Almaty, conveying emotion and strength through music. During his study visit to Moscow, he traced the footsteps of revolutionary history, visiting the site of the Sixth National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party twice, measuring the depth of faith with his steps. Upon returning to China, he served as a Russian teaching assistant for freshmen and a "Navigator Senior," spearheading the recording of the Youth Association’s Party lectures at Honghualing and "Music Party Lectures." He was also appointed by the university’s Youth League Committee as a peer mentor for the integration of ideological and political education across primary, secondary, and higher education, fulfilling the responsibilities and commitments of youth through action, allowing his youth to bloom brilliantly in dedication.

In the future, Wang Xingzhi will pursue his master's degree at Nanyang Technological University. With unwavering conviction, outstanding knowledge, and a strong sense of responsibility, he will continue to shine on the journey of the new era, writing even more remarkable chapters.
