To deeply implement the Ministry of Education's directive on "National College Presidents and Party Secretaries Visiting Enterprises to Expand Employment Opportunities," Shenzhen MSU-BIT University has initiated a series of "enterprise visits" to enhance employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for graduates. This initiative aims to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, improve supply and demand matching, and open up more job and entrepreneurial opportunities for graduates, thereby supporting high-quality employment.
On the afternoon of June 1, Party Secretary Zhu Dijian of Shenzhen MSU-BIT University led a team to visit the Agricultural Bank of China Shenzhen Branch for a research activity focused on expanding job opportunities. The team engaged in in-depth discussions with Yao Mingde, Party Secretary and President of the Agricultural Bank of China Shenzhen Branch, as well as Vice Presidents Wei Bingquan and Wan Sheng. Officials from the university's Research Department and Economics Department were also present.

Secretary Zhu introduced the achievements of Shenzhen MSU-BIT University in its five years of establishment, covering fields such as discipline development, talent cultivation, scientific research, and social service. He emphasized the university's strong focus on graduate employment, aiming to better match employment needs, identify key cooperation points with employers, and continuously expand new cooperation opportunities. The goal is to create more job positions for graduates and collaborate on talent training, research projects, data analysis, and laboratory development, contributing to the development of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the Belt and Road Initiative.
President Yao Mingde expressed the Agricultural Bank of China Shenzhen Branch's enthusiastic response to Shenzhen MSU-BIT University's initiative. Both parties agreed to leverage their respective advantages to establish internship and entrepreneurship guidance bases, broaden employment opportunities, and create more internship positions for students. Additionally, cooperation will extend to areas such as digital currency, financial technology, and cryptocurrencies to accelerate the cultivation of innovative international talents and the transformation of technological achievements.
