Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU) is a non-profit Chinese-foreign cooperative university jointly founded by the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) with an independent legal entity status.

Country: European, North American citizens
Eligibility Requirements: Students must be of European or American nationality, aged 16-40 years old. They can be from public or private schools, including undergraduate and postgraduate students (master's and doctoral), educators, and young scholars. They should be physically and mentally healthy, with cross-cultural adaptability, and the ability to adapt to international long-distance travel.
Scholarship: No scholarships available
Fees: The costs for board and lodging, transportation, group activities, etc. of the campus will be free of charge. The participants shall bear the expenses for international travel fares to and from the camp, international travel insurance, visa application, domestic insurance, and other personal expenses on their own. If other expense are incurred, further notice will be given.

Program Overview: Shenzhen MSU-BIT University will host the 2025 European and American Youth Summer School from August 15 to August 22, 2025. This project enables participants to experience the unique charm of Shenzhen, Chinese culture, and the academic environment of Shenzhen MSU-BIT University through cultural immersion and city tours, deepening their understanding of Chinese society and contemporary development.
