各位国际学生:
深圳大运留学基金会(简称基金会)是深圳为弘扬大运精神,促进国际青年文化教育交流,特地筹集资金设立的一家专门资助留学生的公募基金会。
2026年深圳大运留学基金会资助申请工作现已启动(https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1549.htm),与我校国际学生资助有关的信息如下:
一、资助项目
(一)资助境外学生在中国境内高等院校接受全日制本科学历教育项目,资助标准为本科3万元人民币/人/年。
(二)资助国外学生在深办学高等院校学习汉语(半年以上)项目,资助标准为:1万元人民币/人/半年以上(此项目仅汉语言专业的国际学生符合申请条件)。
二、遴选标准及要求
(一)国(境)外在中国境内留学受助学生应对华友好、品学兼优(GPA分数原则上不低于3.7分)、形象良好、身心健康、分布合理、兼顾男女比例,优先考虑来自“一带一路”国家、深圳国际友好城市留学生,与中国文化、深圳科技产业相关专业背景的优秀来华留学生。
(二)全日制本科学历教育申请人以本科二年级及以上学生为主,资助期内必须在中国境内连续就读1年及以上,未在境内就读者,不予受理。申请在深办学高校学习汉语(半年以上)项目,需在高校明确录取后方可提出申请。
(三)不具备申请资格的情况:1、曾获得本基金会同项目资助的学生。2、2026年已享受中国境内同类奖(助)学金的学生,如国家留学基金委员会留学生资助金、广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金等。3、延期毕业学生。4、本科一年级学生、本科毕业年级学生、硕士高级进修生、博士高级进修生不可申请全日制学历教育项目。5、不在中国境内的学生。
(四)对学校有突出贡献者给予优先考虑。
(五)欠缴学杂费者,无申请资格。
三、申请资料
1. 2026年遴选资助申报材料封面(含申请材料说明)(附件1)。
2. 个人材料:
必交材料:①《境外学生来中国境内留学资助申请表》(附件2)、②有效身份证件(华裔须提供祖孙三代证明)、③录取通知书、④导师推荐信(应有2封推荐信,由所在学校的两位教师出具,推荐信要针对本年度大运奖学金项目,同时须盖教师所在院系章,如推荐信是英文的,需附中文翻译)、⑤学业成绩单(至少包括最近两学期的成绩,加盖学术部印章)、⑥申请项目视频介绍(视频时长不超过5分钟,请严格遵守《申请项目情况介绍视频制作要求》!!!附件3)⑦承诺书(附件5)
选交材料:⑧汉语水平证明、⑨近三年获奖经历(最近三年(2023.5-2026.5)有获奖经历、或市级以上报刊登载的个人事迹,可按照重要程度顺序提交复印件(证书数量不超过5张),如证书是外文的,需另附翻译件)、⑩发表的学术论文(文章)及专利证书复印件(申请人如果有在市级以上报刊发表的学术论文、文章或专利证书等成果,可按照重要程度排序并提交以下材料:①成果清单及首页复印件;②附上经学院或图书馆加盖印章的论文检索报告;③所有论文或期刊需按MLA格式整理后纳入辅助材料清单)
四、遴选程序
请各位同学在4月10日至4月30日期间(材料接收时间:周一至周五工作时间9:00-11:30,14:30-17:30,逾期视为无效申请)将纸质版申请材料、项目视频介绍(视频文件命名为:申请项目名称+护照姓名,放入U盘)提交至国际学术交流合作部(主楼250),若材料不符合要求,将退回重改,若通过审核,材料被接收,则可在系统提交正确的申报材料。
请注意:国际学术交流合作部线下初审无误并接收材料后,申请人方可在线上开始申报,点击提交申请,未通过国际学术交流合作部线下初审的不予受理。材料线下审核通过的同学请按《学生端操作手册》(附件4)指引,进入基金会资助报名系统(http://apply.suisf.org.cn/apaas/pc-login)注册个人信息(注册学校选择深圳北理莫斯科大学),选择符合条件的项目填报申请信息并上传个人申请材料电子版(每人只能选择填报一个项目,并请在报名系统“校内公告”一栏查阅申请注意事项)。
五、注意事项
申请人应当按照所申请项目规定的程序、时间和要求提交申请材料,并对材料的真实性负责。国际学术交流合作部有权退回不真实、不一致、不符合要求的申请。若本通知英文译本与中文有异,以中文版本为准。

Announcement Regarding International Students' Application for the 2026 Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (“SUISF”) Funding
Dear International Students,
The Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (“SUISF”) (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") is a public fundraising foundation established by Shenzhen to promote the spirit of the Universiade, facilitate international youth cultural and educational exchanges, and provide specialized funding for students studying abroad.
The application process for the 2026 Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (“SUISF”) Funding is now open. (https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1549.htm)Information relevant to funding for international students at our university is as follows:
I. Funding Programs
Program for Full-time Undergraduate Degree Studies in Chinese Higher Education Institutions:Supports international students pursuing full-time undergraduate degree programs at higher education institutions within China. The funding standard is 30,000 RMB per person per year.
Program for Studying Chinese Language (Six Months or More) at Shenzhen-based Higher Education Institutions:Supports international students studying the Chinese language for six months or more at higher education institutions in Shenzhen. The funding standard is 10,000 RMB per person for a period of six months or more.(This program is only applicable to international students majoring in Chinese Language.)
II. Selection Criteria and Requirements
General Eligibility:Funded international students studying in China should be friendly towards China, exhibit excellent academic and moral character (The GPA score should generally be no lower than 3.7.), have a positive image, be in good physical and mental health, and demonstrate a balanced profile. Priority consideration will be given to outstanding international students from "Belt and Road" countries, Shenzhen's international sister cities, and those with academic backgrounds related to Chinese culture or Shenzhen's technology industries.
Specific Requirements:
For Undergraduate Degree Programs:Applicants should primarily be second-year undergraduate students or above. They must be continuously enrolled and studying in China for one year or moreduring the funding period. Applications from individuals not currently residing/studying in China will not be accepted.
For the Chinese Language Study Program (Six Months or More):Applications can only be submitted after receiving an official admission letterfrom a Shenzhen-based institution.
Ineligibility Conditions:
Students who have previously received funding for the same program from this Foundation.
Students who are already recipients of similar scholarships/funding in China for 2026, such as those from the China Scholarship Council, the Guangdong Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students, etc.
Students on academic probation or extension.
The following categories are ineligible for the undergraduate degree program: first-year undergraduates, final-year undergraduates, masters, and PhD students .
Students who are currently outside of China.
Priority Consideration:Priority consideration will be given to applicants who have made outstanding contributions to the university.
Disqualification: Applicants with outstanding tuition or fee payments will be disqualified.
III. Required Application Materials

Personal Documents (Must be submitted):

② Valid Identification Document (Students of Chinese ethnicity must provide proof of lineage for three generations)
③ Admission Notice
④ Letters of Recommendation (Two letters are required. They should be issued by two teachers from the applicant's current institution, specifically for the current year's Universiade Scholarship program, and must bear the official seal of the teacher's department. If written in English, a Chinese translation must be attached.)
⑤ Academic Transcripts (Must include grades from at least the last two semesters)
⑥ Project Introduction Video (Video duration should not exceed 5 minutes. Please strictly adhere to the "Video Production Requirements for Project Introduction"! Attachment 3)
⑦ Letter of Commitment (Attachment 5)
Optional Supplemental Materials:
⑧ Chinese Language Proficiency Certificate
⑨ Award Records from the Past Three Years (May 2023 - May 2026): Copies of awards, certificates, or publications in municipal-level or higher media featuring personal achievements can be submitted in order of importance (maximum 5 documents). Foreign language certificates require a translation.
⑩ Copies of Published Academic Papers/Articles and Patents: If applicable, submit the following materials sorted by importance: ① List of achievements with copies of title pages; ② Literature search report stamped by the applicant's school or library; ③ All papers/publications must be formatted according to MLA style and included in the supplementary materials list.
IV. Selection Procedure
Students are requested to submit the following materials to the International Academic Exchange and Cooperation Department (Main Building, Room 250)between April 10th and April 30th (Submission hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-11:30 AM and 2:30-5:30 PM. Late submissions will be considered invalid):
A physical copy of the application materials.
The project introduction video (The video file must be named: "Project Name + Passport Name"and stored on a USB drive).
Important Notes on Submission:
If materials do not meet requirements, they will be returned for revision.
Only after the International Academic Exchange and Cooperation Department has successfully conducted the preliminary offline review and accepted the physical materials can the applicant begin the online application. Applications that fail the offline preliminary review will not be accepted.

Follow the instructions in the "Student Operation Manual"(Attachment 4).
Register your personal information (When selecting the institution, choose "深圳北理莫斯科大学").
Select the eligible program, fill in the application information, and upload electronic versions of your personal application materials.
Note:Each applicant can only apply for oneprogram.
Before submitting, please read the important notes in the "Campus Announcements" (校内公告) section of the application system.
V. Important Notes
Applicants must submit all application materials in strict accordance with the procedures, deadlines, and requirements of the program they are applying for and are responsible for the authenticityof the materials provided.
The International Academic Exchange and Cooperation Department reserves the right to reject and return applications containing false information, inconsistent data, or materials that do not meet the specified requirements.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this notice, the Chinese version shall be authoritative and prevail.
