葛治中 教授
新加坡工程院院士，IEEE终身会士,南洋理工大学（NTU）电子与电气工程学院荣休教授，深圳北理莫斯科大学首席科学家。
葛教授长期从事信号处理、人工智能与多媒体安全领域的研究，曾创立南洋理工大学博云搜索实验室（ROSE Lab），获得了超过2500万新加坡元的研究经费，并在国际顶级期刊和会议上发表了大量论文。他的研究在通信信号处理、数字图像取证、人脸反欺诈检测和人员重识别等领域做出了国际公认的贡献，其关键技术已成功落地应用。
在2025年加入深圳北理莫斯科大学之前，葛教授在南洋理工大学担任过多个领导职务，包括系主任、电气与电子工程学院副院长、工学院副院长以及南洋理工大学-北京大学联合研究院院长。葛教授被评为南洋理工大学电气与电子工程系1996年度最佳教师。他曾担任IEEE信号处理学会和电路与系统学会的杰出讲者，并在众多国际会议上发表主题演讲。曾获微软亚洲研究院资助奖, 以及多项会议和研讨会的最佳论文奖。
葛教授在IEEE信号处理学会有积极贡献，曾担任2004年IEEE ICIP大会联合主席和2013年IEEE信号处理学会副主席。他还致力于促进国际合作和学术交流，曾在中山大学和韩国首尔延世大学担任兼职教授，在北京大学和东京工业大学担任访问学者。
Professor Alex Kot Chichung
Fellow of the Academy of Engineering Singapore, IEEE Life Fellow, Emeritus Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and Chief Scientist at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU).
Professor Kot has long been engaged in research on signal processing, artificial intelligence, and multimedia security. He founded the Rapid-Rich Object Search (ROSE) Lab at NTU, secured more than SGD 25 million in research funding, and has published extensively in leading international journals and conferences. His research has made internationally recognized contributions in areas including signal processing for communication, digital image forensics, face anti-spoofing detection, and person re-identification, with key technologies successfully deployed in various applications.
Before joining SMBU in 2025, Professor Kot held multiple leadership appointments at NTU, including Head of Division, Vice-Dean of EEE, Associate Dean of the College of Engineering, and Director of the NTU-PKU Joint Research Institute. He was named Best Teacher of the Year in EEE, NTU, in 1996. He has served as an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer for both the Signal Processing Society and the Circuits & Systems Society, and has delivered keynote addresses at numerous international conferences. His international honors include the Microsoft Research Asia Grant Award and several Best Paper Awards at conferences and workshops.
Within the IEEE Signal Processing Society, he has actively contributed as General Co-Chair of IEEE ICIP 2004 and Vice-President of the Society in 2013. He has also promoted international collaboration and academic exchange, serving as an adjunct professor at Sun-Yat-Sen University and Yonsei University, and as a visiting professor at Peking University and the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
