He received Bachelor's degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and received Doctor's degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from Peking University. He has participated in or presided over more than 10 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects as well as industrial projects. In total, he has published 27 academic papers in related fields, and has been granted 10 invention patents and 18 utility model patents. Moreover, he has led the development of over 20 products, possessing rich practical experience in the industry.
本科毕业于华中科技大学电子科学与技术专业,在北京大学取得微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,并在北京大学深圳研究生院做过博士后研究。参与或主持10多项国家及省市科研课题和产业化工程应用项目,在相关领域累计发表学术论文30篇,获得授权发明专利10项、实用新型专利18项。还曾主导开发过20余款产品,具有丰富的产业实践经验。

研究生招生:
模拟集成电路设计
要求:
(1) 模拟电路、数字电路、信号与系统等课程基础扎实。
(2) 有较强的英文阅读和写作能力。
(3) 微电子学专业背景的学生优先考虑。
本科生招生:
(1)嵌入式系统,应用STM32、ESP32、FPGA等进行项目实践,参加全国大学生电子设计竞赛等比赛
(2)ROS(Robot Operating System)小车项目实践,包括运动控制、建图与导航、视觉识别等。
(3)电路设计,从基础电路设计逐步延伸到集成电路设计
要求:
(1) 有C语言编程基础
(2) 有较强的自学能力
