俞航

深圳北理莫斯科大学工程系副教授,硕士生导师


He received Bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2001 and Doctor's degree from the University of Florida (USA) in 2010. His main research interests includes low-power, high-efficiency radio frequency IC design and CMOS based optoelectronic signal processing systems. As a project leader, he has led research funding from multiple projects, including the National Science Foundation of China, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Shenzhen Science Foundation. He has published more than 50 papers in well-known academic conferences and journals in the field of integrated circuit design.


2001年于中国科学技术大学获得学士学位,2010年于佛罗里达大学(美国)获得博士学位。研究方向主要为基于CMOS技术的低功耗,高效、高集成度的射频与信息处理,光电信号处理系统设计。作为项目主持人曾获得包含国家科学基金项目、广东省科学基金项目、深圳市科学基金等多个项目的科研资助,在集成电路领域知名学术会议和高水平期刊发表论文50余篇。
