1Personal profile

Matazova Ekaterina is Teaching at the Chemistry Faculty, Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. Her scientific interests include development of targeted radiopharmaceuticals, thermodynamic and kinetic studies of complexation with macrocycles, synthesis and quality control of labeled biomolecules. Since 2018 she supervises student research projects, conducts practical classes during International Schools on Radiochemistry for foreign specialists, provides training on chromatography methods, delivers lectures for PhD students on radiopharmaceutical topics, engages in popular science lectures on radiochemistry for schoolchildren. Since 2022, she worked as a radiochemist on a project focused on the synthesis of biomolecules labeled with I-125 for bladder cancer treatment, participated in projects from the Russian Science Foundation and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research. Presented as an author and co-author in more than 30 abstracts of scientific conferences. The participant of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) symposium on trends in radiopharmaceuticals in 2019. In 2017-2019 she participated in cooperation between Lomonosov Moscow State University (Moscow) and TokyoTech (Tokyo) in the field of biochemistry and radiopharmaceuticals.
