Methods have been developed and algorithms have been implemented for solving direct and inverse problems for generalized Poisson distributions, models of linear confluence, multivariate multiple regression and multivariate analysis of repeated observations, as well as numerical analysis of the magnetic diagnostic system Tokamak KTM and T-15M using the modules created and implemented in the library "Virtual Tokamak" computational code RPB (Reconstruction of Plasma Boundary) for calculating the plasma boundary from magnetic measurements. The obtained methods were used in processing and interpreting the results of experiments in nuclear physics, virology, entomology, insurance, and sports.
